I lost my lunar cosmetics from the howling ground
I lost my howling ground cosmetics for huntress and david, what can i do to get them back?
Edit : sent a ticket with a screenshot 2 hours ago and they answered saying they are investigating.

What does the files have to do with the cosmetics i lost?
I submitted it as loss of progress, will that count? i also did send a screenshot of my huntress wearing it in a end-game chat.

idk i put it as Event lmao and most likely since is lost of progress i guess and i only send a message but with a screenshot is way more better

Just checked and im also missing the silver mask for trapper too, @Peanits what is happening, why is everyone loosing the event cosmetics players earned?

Submit a ticket or email the devs about it. A Streamer lost his Howling Grounds mask for Huntress before and got it back

Uhh no clue, haven't personally seen any topics about console people losing them.
Maybe there's others who know, let me try to get them here.

i already submitted a ticket and besides the howling grounds mask and donkey jacket, i also lost the ornate mask for trapper.

This sounds like a lost progress bug that can sometimes happen depending on the situation and how the players game was properly saved. (It's entirely unknown to me personally how it actually occurs but this definitely sounds like a lost progress bug)
Your best course of action is to take this link to the support team and file it under "Lost Progress" and after that you should give them any videos or screenshots you had with those skins to help strengthen the case that you indeed owned these skins. (Since you also lost the silver Trapper mask which everyone gets when they log in, they'll most likely know something is up)

Your support ticket will be answered but it takes time since it works like a line. You're not first in line currently and the support team is working on another issues with other tickets.
Just be patient, and you'll be able to get your issue sorted out. And I mentioned the Ornate Mask because that's a mask that everyone gets when they first log into DBD, they'll know somethings off because that mask is missing.

I just hope this gets fixed asap since rift is about to be introduced and just imagine loosing all your premium progress because of this.

It's a pretty rare bug, but i'm sure they'll be able to sort your issue out when they get to the ticket.

I too also lost The Trappers Ornate Mask now that I check his cosmetics at the moment, and it seems a lot of other people are also having this issue. While I don't think this is something that's happening to everyone, It seems to be happening to a fair bit of people.
I also don't think this is linked to your exclusive cosmetics being removed from your inventory, but it's not entirely impossible either... So the best you can do is wait for your support ticket to be answered when they're not overwhelmed like @MandyTalk said, and see what happens if your other issue besides the Ornate Mask.

Check your billy propane and Kate summer event items also they seem to be missing along with the trapper mask and lunar event items for David and huntress wolf mask
