Progress not saving
Its already the 3th time in a week where my progress didnt got saved properly and some Killers I leveled are for an example my myers now from 34 to 5 back. That sucks really, almost all my bloodpoints that I earned from yesterday are away. That is really frustrating and annoying. Any solutions yet maybe? Or something I could do against that? Would be thankfull for any help pls

Did you by any chance play a custom game in any of these instances?
"Some players have been facing an issue that causes partial loss of progress. We found one cause of the issue and are planning a fix for the mid-chapter update. In the meantime you can use this workaround: restart the game client after using the Custom game feature. Thank you."
If not, try restarting your game anyway. If it doesn't work, you can submit a support ticket here and detail your loss of progress to receive compensation: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us

We should be able to send in our broken copies of the game and have DBD send us the correct, fixed product 5-7 days later, just like any other sane company who sells products.
You all realize receiving a broken product and not having reparations is a scam, right? This is pretty much how the video game industry is working now.
