New Killer: The Armored

A heavy killer who uses his abilities to protect his ground. Using his power, Blockade, he blocks off a survivors path.

Using his personal perks Hex: Sword and Shield, Blackheart Instinct, and Hex: Protect and Serve, he tracks survivors and protects whats his.

Backstory: Marcus was a nobody until the king died in combat, along with the other knights. The princess became queen and he became the leader of the army. One night, he was charged with taking medicine and other goods to the neighboring kingdom, whos King was dying slowly from a strange disease. A tree fell and startled his horse, which went crazy and threw him into a river. A wolf jumped on his and toar into his flesh. The entity pulled him into his realm and said that he saved him. He also said he would undo his action if Marcus did not kill for him. Marcus, not wanting to die, agreed.


Power:

 Blockades- Put wood over up to 7 windows or lockers which block entry. These boards can be removed by survivors after 10 seconds of sabotaging it. When this is done, the survivor gets 300 bloodpoints. Lockers cannot be blocked if a survivor is inside.


Perks:

Hex: Sword and Shield- A hex rooting its power on failure. Every time a skill check is failed, this hex gains a charge.


        3 charges - all totems appear as normal totems for survivors.


        5 charges - all auras of healing survivors in your terror radius are revealed for 10 seconds every 30 seconds.


      8 charges - all generators take 10% longer to complete, and all healing mending, sabotaging, and cleansing take 7% longer and send out visual alerts.

Blackheart Instinct- Screams of your victims make your dead heart leap. Everytime a skill check of any kind is failed, your obsession's aura is revealed for 7/10/13 seconds. If your obsession has been killed, sacrificed, or escaped, the next survivor you hit is automatically your obsession.

 Hex: Protect and Serve- A hex rooting its power on fear. Each time a survivor escapes a chase with you, this hex gains a charge.


           5 charges - Your terror radius is lowered to 13 meters for your obsession.


           8 charges - Each time a survivor leaves a locker, they scream revealing they're current location for 5 seconds.


          11 charges - The entity covers access to all but one generator for 20 seconds each time a survivor is hooked. Affected generators are highlighted in white. The unaffected generator is highlighted in yellow.

Story:



Max was on her way home from nightshift at Gary's Burgers, a 24 hour diner on Maple Avenue. She walked down the street through the dark streets, shivering cold in her grease covered t-shirt and ripped jeans. Suddenly, as she cut down an alley, she was jumped and they took her wallet and stabbed her in the arm. She wanted to follow her attacker to retrieve her wallet, but she bled fast. She ran back to Gary's since she was only a mile away. She grabbed the phone and a first aid pack, and dialed the police as she patched up. She lost so much blood, that she fainted right as the 911 operator said "911, what's your-" She woke up in Gary's, although it seemed different. Her wound was healed, the doors were missing, and black fog rolled in the front door. Then she heard a scream. Nobody knows what happened to her. During the morning, her manager found blood puddles all over the floor, and an I-Phone on 2%, with the most recent call being to 911.

Perks:

Stray- Dog barks are heard when the killer comes within 20/14/6 meters of you. One generator is also marked with barks, and it has a 10% slower repairing speed. Completing this generator does not alert the killer of which one is completed.

Grease Lightning- Your small size and high speed allows you to easily escape the killer. Escaping the killers grasp is 7% faster, and gives you a 4/6/9% speed boost until you escape the killer's terror radius.

Chef Special- Your knowledge of foods and medicines helps you survive the night. All healing, mending, and cleansing is 5% faster and 70% of all failed skill checks in the healing category are ignored.


Map: Gary's Burgers, Maple Avenue

-Main building, Gary's Burgers, is complete with a possible basement spawn, 3 windows, 1 generator, 1 chest, 1 pallet, 2 lockers, and 2 doors.

-Other buildings are burnt houses.

-Burnt house one has 2 floors, 2 lockers, 2 windows (only available on inside), 1 chest, 2 doors, and a generator on the second floor.

-Burnt house two has 1 floor, 1 locker, a possible basement spawn, a generator, 1 window (accessible on both sides), 2 chests, and 2 doors.

-Burnt house three has 2 floors, 1 generator on the second floor, 2 chests, 3 doors, 3 windows, and 4 lockers.

-7 generators (1 in Gary's Burgers, 1 in each burnt house, 1 in a small group of trees, 1 on the end of the street that holds burnt house three, and 1 in the southwestern corner.)

-8 possible totem spawn areas

-2 possible basement spawns

-9 chest spawn areas, not including basement chests, but the map spawns with 6 (again, not counting basement chests) The extra spots are for chests spawned by offerings.

-7 total hooks

    The killer and ability is extremely weak. 107%? Even legion wouldn't take this ability, and he's desperate lol before you change anything else you need to up his speed to 115%.

    The ability would be fine if it was a secondary ability but without something else he would get destroyed. He has zero map pressure, survivors can clearly see where he has blocked off vaults so they know where to avoid and it can also be sabotaged.

    Hex: Sword And Shield: This perk is very weak. You've literally combined several perks into one here. You've got a weak nurses calling at 5 charges and a thrill of the hunt at 8 charges. I don't mind the 3 charges part but it just feels like a pointless perk. Even the 10% slower at 8 charges is weak at higher ranks since survivors don't miss that many skill checks.

    Blackheart Instinct: Honestly really like the idea behind this perk. Have good synergy with perks like rancor and dying light. I think maybe it should be triggered by hitting the non obsessions.

    Hex: Protect And Serve: Another weird hex totem. First thing is 13m obsession is weird number to use, maybe 12m instead. A weaker Iron Maiden for 8 charges. You would waste way too much time trying to earn all the stacks that the generator blocking part is a bit pointless.

    Stray: It's just a bit weird, why would I not just use spine chill to see when the killer is close.

    Grease Lightning: Increased wiggle speed would be nice but I don't think the perk is balanced. The increased speed is hard to balance but maybe you could change it to only work for 60 seconds after escaping the killers grasp.

    Chef Special: Would be good for rank 20 who can't hit skill checks but useless at higher ranks. There are way better perks for healing, mending doesn't take long anyway and cleansing is also quite short.

    Sorry if I'm not giving you the feedback you wanted but I was trying my best to help. A lot of stuff on this would work at maybe rank 15-20 but any rank above that would destroy this killer and not use these perks. Blackheart Instinct I do really like and it would be a fun perk to add to the game.

    Honestly, I agree with a lot of what your saying. My goal was to make a weak killer whos strategy is to block paths ans track... I guess this killer is pointless consodering you can pull things like this with existing perks and killers...

    Also... I made Stray as a stronger spine chill. Chill tells when the killer looks directly at you, but that includes through walls or from across the map. This was a way to determine they're exact whereabouts
