Can Quick and Quiet affect Im All Ears?

As the title says, I never tested this but I wasn't sure. Since you get general noise notifications when you aren't using it and most of times Quick and Quiet isn't a popular perk from what I've seen, however since Ghostface's I'm All Ears does make you vulnerable to the point where looping can be a challenge while in chase, does it counter just sounds or can it also disable revealing the aura part too? I was thinking of this because im planning of doing some anti killer perk combos, for example if it didn't work, I could run Distortion, Quick and Quiet, Resilience, and Lithe/Sprint Burst and name the perk combo "Chase Master" or something like "Catch Me if You Can". I know, pretty dumb, but its just perk combo idea's ever since I thought about what perks can work against what killer/perk.
