How do I report a player for racism and possible use of a bot?
I have a screenshot of the player after trial ended. I was hoping someone could give me a link. He was spamming the N word in the postgame chat kind of like how a bot's code works. This is the first time I've ran into a bot in the game since I first started playing. I know it's a bannable offense and so I need some guidance on what to do with it.

i recommend using the in-game reporting system for that!

in-game report system is your best bet. Unless you wanna go the extra mile and send video proof of the bot to kinda speed up the process.

I have a screenshot of postgame chat if that helps. Isn't there a report ticket system outside of the game?

Yea they have a support site it should be pretty easy to find. As long as you have definitive proof you should be able to file a report.

With only a username on the screenshot and nothing more, when players change their usernames all the time?
Also if it's a screenshot of the after-game chat, there is always the possibility that the screenshot is photoshopped. (I'm not saying that the OP would do that. I'm just saying that there would be the possibility of people false-reporting other players.)
So I'm pretty sure the devs can't ban anybody in this case.

@sensualsatan Always make an ingame report if you want to report. You can make an additional report to the support team if needed. This is to provide extra information like videos.
