New Killer: The Torturer/Executioner

Alright Boys n Girls, Buckle up!

I will give a very brief overview of what i think the killer lore, looks & weapon should be, so this is not final.

and before you make any comments, please read the whole concept first then express your thoughts.


Killer Name: The Torturer/ The Executioner.


Looks : Medieval looking Executioner/Torturer, which means that he'd be wearing a mask or medieval headgear, or not.


Lore: Related to him being obsessed with torturing/killing sinners in his lifetime and he'd always secretly enjoy doing it,and his love of torturing/killing people gets out of hand and he starts doing it to innocent people and it gets out of control.


Weapon: A Flail


Special Attack: The killer would charge up his flail by swinging it slowly, once released, the killer swings in a frontal 180 degree, injuring any survivors in his melee range proximity (similar to leatherface chainsaw but it's only one swing and it injures, doesnt down them instantly and in a slightly bigger cone).

Note: The power is not final, just a quick thing i thought of, if you have ideas, feel free to share!



Perks: the names of the perks are quickly thought of, not final as well, but the perks themselves are my main focus and i think they should be implemented in the game.


1st Perk: Harmful Urge

the sight of survivors fuels you no matter what.

you are able to lunge attack while carrying survivors.

if you lunge attack and miss, decrease the wiggle timer of the survivor you're carrying by 3/2/1 seconds.

note: the penalty is important, as the perk would be exploited with mad grit, agitation & iron grasp, sure it would work great with those perks but for a price.



2nd Perk: Empowering Pain

the agony of being hurt multiple times only makes you more aggressive.

if you've been stunned by pallets 6/5/4 times, you're next normal attack has the exposed status effect

applied to it, downing the survivor regardless of their health state or any other effects

applied to them (meaning he still downs you even if you have burrowed time)

the perk effect is lost whether you hit or miss your attack.



3rd Perk: fulfilling Need

the altruistic acts of survivors irritate you and fuels you to hunt them down Ferociously.

if a survivor is unhooked by another survivor within your terror radius, you gain 2%/3%/4% haste for 10/15/20 seconds.



note: the values of all perks could be decreased or increased however the developers see fit, meaning

the time penalty of the first perk could be increased or decreased, same applies to the amount of times

stunned by pallets in the 2nd perk and the haste percentage and duration in the 3rd perk, just to be

specific on which values i meant, and the descriptions are just something i came up with on the go as well that i think would serve as the right motive for the perks effects, i also tried my best to not go off the grid with making his power too powerful or too weak, as im still in the progress of making the killer concept.
