Did this only happen to me? Archives gone after unlocking Rift Pass
Am I the only one?
I loaded into the game, got a shitload of Rift Fragment Progress. Afterwards, I went to the Archives and the Rift (did not select any Challenge yet), spent some BP to get the Halloween Offerings.
And well, the Archives-Tab is grayed out, and there is no way to get to it from the Lobby menue either.
Rift is unlocked and I also got some Serum. But now the Archives are not accessible for me.
I mean, I am fine with the delay of the Event and the Patch, but either I am really stupid right now (the possibility is 100% there), or something does not work like it should work.

They just tweeted about it. The archives have been disabled due to a progression saving issue lmfao

You need the Rift to get the serums required for the 2 free outfits. So.. yeah. RIP.

Thank you, have not checked Twitter. I really appreciate the work and was happy that the Event and Update was ready before Halloween, but there should not be such an issue after a delay... :/

The Halloween "Event" is only more BPs when using the Offering. You gain the Serum via the Free Track of the Rift (which is also a thing... should be separated IMO).
So you dont get Serum by repairing the Gens or hooking Survivors on the special Hooks.

Yup! The Archives are used to unlock The Rift. Without one you cant use the other.
Basically, as of now, all we have are petal offerings in our bloodwebs for even gens and hooks that will give extra BP. We cant gain any serums for cosmetics or rewards as of yet.

Really let down about dbd's lack of event for halloween. Here it is all hallows eve and.....nothing...not even a damn jack-o-lantern in this game. Ive been a die hard fan since the dawn of dbd- and i always greatly looked forward to halloween because of their badass events. Many players cried last year about their hallow blight event, which i thought was awesome, because it took players away from generators. People dont do generators anyhow, these days. Ive seen the migration of this game go from players working as a team and having a blast, to not pulling their weight at all, and d/cing when they are caught almost every game. Its just said. This past lack of event has really disheartened me

Same here as well. Purchased the pass and then the Archives disappeared. Hopefully will be back up and running soon.

It just seems now that the only thing of intrest to dbd is creating cosmetics to sell. Its a joke. What happened to the grind of this game? And the players? It went from team effort and leaving no man behind to screw everyone but me because all i want is my points. Its become a joke.

I can't abscess the rift so I'm guessing the Advent is just a mini blood point gain till rift is sorted? I'm guessing this is the best they could do i hope they extend the dates as we can't access the rift atm 🐷
