I actually think its too good. A 6 second heal is a little ridiculous, and its a 6 second heal you can do multiple times. I can heal while being chased now, its silly.

Well we’ll see how long it takes before the Killers cry for a nerf, they must’ve complained about syringes already because those are officially useless at an astonishing 16 secs for a automatic heal opposed to the PTB’s 8 seconds.

Hmh, which survivor a killer would prefer to face? Someone with dh, ds, bt and adrenaline, that make him last longer in a chase, or someone with a medkit, botany, streetwise, self-care and a random perk?

lol hey they complained about it at launch when We’ll make it was all you needed for a 4 second heal, so it wouldn’t surprise me.

Six second heal? Holy ######### that's fast. Wasn't there a similar problem back when DbD first came out where We'll Make It would apply to you and stack, so you could have 300% faster healing speed?

Don't get hit, and Syringe works fine. This really is one of those very specific times where "git guud" is the correct answer.

It's still a fast heal. You can activate it and even do a gen so you'll be healing and repairing a gen at the same time.

That was a busted thing in the first place. Especially since it applied to the user. We'll make it is still really strong especially if you use it with the syringe

Yep i try it with a friend and making a specific build you can get a 2 or 3 seconds heal over time with the syringe :B

I like how certain perks like botany knowledge got an indirect buff from the medkit changes. Making it effect Syringes really makes it more useful in more situations.

Yeah, 16 seconds is a bit long, but it's still useful for getting someone off the ground. Just use it quick, then distract the killer who now thinks they prevented a heal.

There definitely is alot of things you can do with the Syringe and Styptics, so I definitely am looking forward to using them in the future.

Also they took out the charge debuff so you can use it on a purple medkit, get your 4 ish heals off and use the syringe for one last heal

Smashen made a video about it. Just get rid of dead hard for botany knowledge and you are good👍️ will run pharmacy more often

If I remember correctly ScottJund, it increases the speed self healing actions by 50%.
Therefore, your charges per second is increased to 1.5c/s — that's a 10.7 second heal. With Botany Knowledge, your charges per second is increased to 1.83c/s — that's an 8.7 second heal.
You will have to use some add-ons to get around a 6 second heal, but by itself, it's not bad. Even if they can do a 6 second heal, that comes with the price of low charges on the Emergency Medical Kit. 😁

Yeah and this is why they most "nerfed" them... because insta heal would have been achievable still if they didnt... I mean that's okay imo, we would have had to dedicate a build just to get the insta heal again, same for this healing speed with the medkits... a player has to dedicate a build in order to get this..

plus a good emergency medkit is much fun actually.

That is honestly the best thing about the Insta replacements, The styptic basically got buffed if you use it in a chase especially now that it doesn’t eat 25% of your charges just for using it.
