Just want to know seeing as it states that it "trumps any killer stealth abilities"

Currently, Undetectable counters all Survivor aura-reading perks. So yes. Kindred lies.
Funnily enough Undetectable Killers are still detectable too; just only with Premonition and Spine Chill.

The description from Kindred is outdated from Halloween Chapter, so yes, Kindred gets countered by Undetectable.

Freddy is Oblivious, not Undetectable. Oblivious just makes survivors unable to hear the TR or be affected by TR based perks, but survivors can still detect him with aura reading perks.
