Do you use Medkits on others, or heal them and hoard it for later in the trial

If given the chance, IE killer far enough that I have time, I just heal other survivors regular and save med kits for self heals? Is this a terrible strategy or what you guys all do too generally?

  95% of the time i use a medkit on myself only.

  It depends, if I just find brown medkit in a chest I'll use it up when we are at only 5 to 2 gens left, if is more uses then one I'll use em up quickly.
