Too many red rank survivors in my lobby
So I'm a Legion Main and I try my best not to rank up to red ranks, ranking is just to easy. I'm not good, but I'm not bad... I'm in between but it doesn't even matter because I have terrible luck with getting Red Rank Survivors 24-7 every single game. Don't get me wrong there are some really BAD Red Rank Survivor, but I'm talking about the good Red Rank survivors. I don't mind SWF when they are in my RANGE like everyones green or rank 8-6. I'm avoiding RED RANKS killer for a reason I feel like everyone in RED RANKS takes the game way to seriously on both ending. Mostly SWF and very few solos. I don't want sweaty RED RANK FREAKING SURVIVORS!! I like playing Legion and I like chilled games. I'm fine with whatever, I hate Gen Rushers, I know my skills aren't great, but they are good enough. Like I could careless if you escaped I just hate that fact its so boring because you want me to chase while everyone is gen rushing.

When Red Ranks are not in your Range, Green Ranks are not as well.
This is fine, there is a hard cap of 6 Ranks, even when those Rank 2 Survivors are Rank 1, it works out.
And well, Legion is the easiest Killer to pip or Blackpip with, you can get a 4 man Escape and still at least Blackpip, a 1K can already be a pip...

They're within a 6 rank range of you which I'm pretty sure is the general rule matchmaking applies in some way to mitigate potentially extreme queue times in edge cases.
Is it perfect or optimal? No, but it is working as intended.

I was Rank 11 earlier today and got a full lobby of Red Ranks survivor, I just hit Rank 7 this was the match I just played.

Well I guess I'ma have to sit in the basement with Insidious all game then. I don't want Red Rank Survivor.

There must be a shortage of red rank killers, I'm purple and my lobbies are full of red rank survivors too.

It's weird because when I play survivor I get Red Rank Killers.

The sad thing is, that this cap doesn't work at all. When the blood hunt started, I was rank 16 with killer. I got rank 10, 9, and two rank 6 as survivors. This is a gap of 10 ranks to two of them and they were swf. I still don't understand how that still is a thing? I thought they fixed that....

Ranks 16-20 dont follow the 6 ranks rule... they can que with anyone...because the devs dont want new people to wait on lobbies

I mean, there is a Cap. And yes, it does not work. But the Screenshot is the Matchmaking as intended.
(As Rank 1 Survivor I also have Rank 10 Killers from time to time... Had also 11 difference one time, which is almost double it should be... So yeah, it does not work 100%, but 6 Ranks is intended)
