Great Killer Setup
I've found this setup works very well on multiple killers, but I don't have them all... It seems to work well for GhostFace, Hag, and Trapper (just to name a few). Here it is:
Perk 1:
Nurse's Calling (Higher Colors work best)
Perk 2:
Barbecue and Chili (Any Color)
Perk 3:
Hex: Ruin OR Hex: Devour Hope (Any Colors)
Perk 4:
Thrilling Tremors (Higher Colors work best)
This setup lets you collectively track and observe Survs when you hook them. This also protects Generators for a good bit. Sorry if this seems stupid, overpowered, or a waste of time and money.
Tbh, I only tried this twice, once on Demogorgon, and once on GhostFace. This was on a friend's account, since I don't own any DLC killers except GhostFace on my account

BBQ and thrilling pretty much give you the same info tho.

Explain.... One protects gens and says which ones are currently being worked on, and BBQ gives the power to see survs when you hook them.... Seeing certain positions is pretty much the only connection

BBQ will show you people working on gens, and thrilling pretty much does the same thing just at all ranges.
Also thrilling doesn't really protect gens much, as you can literally just cancel it out but continuing to work on the gen.

I agree with most of your perk choices, although I'd swap Devour Hope with Corrupt Intervention (since both CI and Ruin are early game slowdown perks that tend to work well) and Nurse's Calling with Whispers (since Plague won't benefit at all from NC and survivors have complete control over the effectiveness of NC, but can do nothing against Whispers)
