Why back to the unfair matchmaking?
so, it seems we are back to the unfair matchmaking.
Yesterday i was bullied by 3 red ranks band together with a rank 12 survivor (which they told me after the game used an alt account, hes a rank 1 player too), today the same.
Why do i have to been bullied at rank 10 from groups of redranks because they are allowed to take one low rank account into their mids to prevent fair games from the beginning?
And now one of the few killers that can handle that are announced to be nerfed. I really concider stoping to play this game after such experiences.

I would really like an answer why we got that kind of matchmaking back. Today again, 3 rank 2 with a low rank survivor. It happens again and again. Why do i have to endure that?

Matchmaking is broken in general. I was running solo yesterday and got put in a lobby with 3 rank 15-16 survivors and I'm rank 6. There was no reason for me to be in that lobby

I got that same issue during this past event. I was showing someone the game and all they saw was loop city and gen rush. I was rank 6 and ended up with a SWF of a 1,2,3 and a 10. I thought they were going to adjust it so teams get a killer of the same rank of the highest survivor. If I wanted to play sweaty red ranks, I would be in red ranks. This game needs an actual casual mode so others can have the option of playing actual ranked competitive.

I have a feeling we are currently low on high rank killers. They probably got sick of dealing with toxic survivor bs. As a rank 6 killer I am consistently facing mostly rank 2 and 3 survivors. There is no incentive to rank up. I wish I was a rank ten. Half the time I'm screwing around because i dont want to pip. Seems like it might be a trend.

Well let's see. The devs changed it so all SWF members are paired with the highest possible ranked killer and then they nerfed a red rank viable killer. They crashed their own system.
Neither change should have occured.

because of dedicated servers, the current "test" does not have enough servers for everyone so long Q times and when you actually get a lobby due to it just rushing to get people together it disregards ranks I will say this again
THIS DEDICATED SERVER TEST NEEDS TO END IT HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH, THE SERVERS ARE TRASH STILL

You can be matched with people +/- 6 ranks from you. So as a Rank 10 you can play against Rank 16, or Rank 4’s.
So a R10 Killer playing against R4 Survivors is completely intended.

The longer you sit in the lobby waiting for a killer, the wider and wider it casts a net of differing rank gaps.

This is such baffling "working as intended" logic on the part of the developers. You ought to get matched based on the highest color band in your survivor group. In other words, if your highest-rank survivor is rank 6, the killer will be purple rank no exceptions the end.

Rank 11 killer atm and my last like 5 games over the last few days have been rank 8s at highest and 3 at lowest. I havent seen a SINGLE person 9 or up. Actually near my level. I dont have a lot of perks so at this point i just want to do my killer dailys and go to survivor where im at rank 9 now getting rank 15s to 20s in my game if the survivors are 15 or so the killer is always rank 18 to 20 and they all die instantly
How come as killer i find low ranks but as survivor i cant ? Nvm i know, theyre probably all swf!

If a game has to put you in an unfair lobby, it means the games dead.
I've had enough of going up against 4 pros while I get to look at my yellow perks I got.
I don't think this is a game I want to carry on playing in the future unless the match making gets changed.

Maybe there should be a change in the system, like forcing survivors in the red ranks to play 1 out of every 5 games as the killer before they can play as survivor again? It could be incremental, too. Rank 10’s could have to play as killer 1/10, newbies not at all. Just a thought.
