Yeah It's actually good. You can also change PGTW to BBQ. You will be able to see injured survivors and fast down them :D

I think it's alright. It really depends on how much you plan on using your power. Overall, it works very well, Iri Button for EZ stacks of Spirit Fury. Enduring Spirit Fury to get faster downs. Pop and Ruin for gen pressure.
I like it. However, the addons COULD be better depending on play style. I personally prefer the Stolen Sketch Book and Yellow Ruler for my add-ons, but these work just fine.
Overall, this is about as viable as Legion will ever get

The build is nice but you should probably put on stolen sketch book to make that frenzy duration a bit longer
But I personally run SB,Thana,Ruin, and PGTW with Stolen Sketch Book and Mural sketch. It promotes survivors not healing which would leave them one hit so all you have to work for is the last hit which can let you easily PGTW gens if they don't want to heal. But if they do heal it takes a crazy amount of time which can buy you lots of time. Then with the crazy FF duration you have you shouldn't struggle getting to the people you see with KI.

I feel like enduring and spirit fury is unnecessary.
Get like, stbfl and thanat. They will do more for you.
