How long is the queue time for a lobby as a killer?

I've been waiting for over an hour right now. But so far I didn't get a match. Still, currently there are over 40.000 people playing so I guess that I should have been tied to a lobby. Why is it not working?

    what rank are you. that determines a lot

    Could also be when you decide to play, it's possible there's not as many player's in your country during that time playing which generally sucks as it will take longer.

    There's also the high probability that there's a higher number of killer player's than there are available match's which will extend the wait time.

    If your having trouble as a survivor, not much you can do.

    Is it actually working for you? Last time I checked was last night and the answer was indefinitely. Nobody could get into a match because of a global error.

    Im currently rank 6 and it takes seconds at night but it takes ages in the morning.

    It appeared to be an error, the day later I was able to get matches again (in 30 minutes).
