Im like 99% sure that the Alchemist will be the next killer. The halloween Tomes are titled "Memories: The Alchemist" while the other tomes are "Memories: Claudette Morel" and "Memories: Evan Macmillian" (The trapper)
I wont spoil it if you havent unlocked the last one yet, but it sounds a lot like hes ready to get killin'

It's pretty good chance he could be, but maybe not. For instance would his map be and actual location in the realm of The Entity. This factor alone makes me think not secondly he was in a place where all people who............. so I'm I don't know that's another factor and it seemed he was on his last vial with just a quarter left and he used it so I don't know maybe he's completely unreachable.

Mathieu Cote himself said there would be a map with the next chapter. When asked why there was no map mentioned on the roadmap, he said "Its subject to change"
