Who wants the IT chapter?
As I understand, it is likely that IT will get it's own chapter in dbd.
I want to ask you who is interested / excited for it and who isn't.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of licenced chapters, and much less a fan of IT. We already got a clown, too. I really don't see the appeal, find it rather boring and secretly hope we'll get an original killer / survivor instead (or at least sth interesting and scary).
Yes, this therad is pointless, I'm just really curious.

I wouldn't mind having IT as a killer, but we've had 2 licensed chapters in a row. An original chapter would be nice and feel less "stale".

Jack has been in Assassin's Creed, Identity V etc. And it feels like DBD is the perfect opportunity to implement Jack The Ripper. This is like his home

I'd love to see Jack Ripper or Jeepers Creepers, and there are tons of better choices ( the Nun ). I wouldn't mind Pennywise, but i don't necessarily am super hyped about it. I'm pretty indifferent, but i'll still be happy for an update.

I prefer original chapters, it feels like they've just been doing licensed chapter after licensed chapter and it's kind of getting old. With licensed stuff they are limited but with original they can pretty much make it whatever the heck they want. And I'm sorta lowkey hoping for the Alchemist to be the next killer (or at least at some point) from the archive stuff
I wouldn't be against IT though, we just haven't had an original in a while it seems

We already have a clown-esque killer.
Personally, I'd rather they skip this chapter and focus on QoL and game health changes, but if we're to get another killer, I'd prefer we get an original one.

I feel like it wouldn't make sense to have Pennywise in DbD. With killers like Freddy or Demogorgon it could make some sense to have them sure. But Pennywise has been shown to be as powerful as the Entity, and only goes after children due to them being more easily scared.
While I certainly wouldn't care too much, I would also say that Pennywise wouldn't really be the one people like, as he'd be heavily nerfed from his own movie. He wouldn't be the same is what I'm saying.

Yea Pennywise would be nice but at this point there’s so many killers that it feels more like quantity over quality. Updating the current killers would be a better move.

If we're going with something involving Tim Curry, let's just have a Clue chapter, where there are 7 new characters, and they can all either be a killer or survivor. ?

cant beat the old one, the new one sounds like scooby doo and puts fear in no one, the old one was proper spooky
