Is monitor and abuse still worth using on him with after the changes to his tier 1? What do you think is a good or the best build for him?

    I use Whispers (or BBQ), Ruin, Brutal Strength and PWYF

    I tend to run Spirit Fury + Enduring with him. When I'm about to reach tier 3 and the survivor is running to a pallet I let the survivor drop the pallet on me so it gets destroyed by the entity before I reach tier 3, that's a guaranteed hit. I save the fourth slot to run different things like bbq and chili, monitor and abuse or pop goes the weasel. Maybe not the best build, but spirit fury + enduring helps me a lot when I want to reach tier 3 without having to waste my time breaking a pallet.

    Yeah, but you might also want to try Pop to slow down the gens and Infectious Fright to get multiple takedowns when you reach tier 3. Also, try to go for the hit if you are close enough to the survivor who is trying to loop you around a pallet, because the survivor might drop the pallet before you get stunned to avoid spirit fury, just make sure you are close enough so it's a guaranteed hit or a guaranteed pallet drop. And if you manage to get a hit and the pallet gets destroyed, it could be a good idea to save tier 3 for later. That's up to you, see what works better for you.
