Putrid Serum Gone in Tomb 1

So the Putrid Serum is gone when Tomb 1 ends? "Peutrid Serum can only be acquired from the rift in TOMB 1 of the Archives" Serum will only be available for 3 more days? Tomb 1 only got me through about lvl 19 or 20. So I have to grind another 27 levels without Tomb 2 in order to get the other costume?

Why is this event so much more grindy than last year or years past? Are they just trying to squeeze our wallets at this point for that 2nd cosmetic? I've been trying to grind, but I have a kid and a job and it takes 10 of those blue tokens for just one rift level. So that's like 10 games per level if i am able to get 800xp per game, 20 levels I need and that makes 200 solid games? In years past it was 30 and 30 and 60 solid games could get you both cosmetics.

If in 4 years they gave us another game mode it wouldn't be so bad, but events are the only thing to look forward to and this event was very lackluster. Last year's Halloween event looked and played much better. Anyone that tells you microtransactions don't effect how a game is developed can just compare this year's Halloween event to last year's or even 2 years ago. It's going down hill, not up.

    The Tome is the entire archives portion.

    I think you're confusing the Tome and the Levels together

    Which is broken up into 4 levels all of them still consist of Tome 1

    Basically Tome 1 level 2 is going to happen in 3 days we're not getting a new tome yet

    Essentially the putrid serum will stay in the Rift until it ends.

    Once this Rift ends and we get a new one that will be tome 2

    No. Serum is available until the RIFT ends, not the TOME (first stage of rift).

    Furthermore, it has nothing to do with the timing of the hallowed blight event (that simply puts pumpkins on hooks/gens and gives us orange flashlights and medkits. Has nothing to do with serum though.)

    In other words, there are still about 60 days to earn the rest of the serum. During that time, the 3 other tomes will open up to boost your progress again with new sets of challenges.
