Survivor perk tier list
S tier are the perks that I think are the absolute best
A tier are great perks but not the best.
B tier are good but not as good as those above it.
C tier is ok perks.
D tier is bad perks.
(I missed Wake Up! But it’d be C tier.)
*edit poised would be B tier, head on would be C tier, solidarity would be B tier, second wind would be B tier, inner strength would be B tier, better together in C tier, fixated in B tier, camaraderie would be C tier and babysitter would be C tier.
*edit again MoM would be D tier, flip flop would be D tier and Buckle up would be D tier.

I'd put DS at S tier and adrenaline, borrowed time and iron will at A tier. Would also make distortion and quick&quiet B tier.

Well, Autodidact is way too situational and most of time and penalty healing you get at the first 2 tokens can actually hurt your team. It really needs a buff in my opinion.

Kate is my girl but her perks are... barely even usable outside of Dance With Me specific builds.
I disagree with the placement of Alert but that's just my bias since its my fave perk in the entire game as a purely Solo player.

Woo is underrated, even if you know the tiles, pallets can be used and Woo helps you prepare for this.

But is it worth the perk slot? Is it worth replacing another perk for it? I don't think so and that's why I don't think it is B Tier. Sure, its useful but comparatively does it give you enough to be used over something else? I would say no, almost never.
The only time I found it useful was when you could see "shadows" through the pallets/vault Auras and could track the movement of Killers and other Survivors. It didn't give you much information about how far exactly they were, but it let you know in what direction they were and where they were going. But that was abusing a bug and that's not good.

Iron Will is S+ tier, period.
BL and DH are extremely overrated, Sprint Burst is still the Superior perk.
We'll Make It is S Tier.
You also put Small Game as D when Ruin is used 80%+ of games? Small Game is at LEAST A tier IMO. It is amazing.

As usual, @GrootDude gets it.
Good list; Distortion, Quick & Quiet, Alert, and Windows of Opportunity are currently some of the most undervalued perks in the game. The only one that leaves me scratching my head is how much you value Sole Survivor.
Also, I think that the new Detective's Hunch changes make it pretty useful.

How is Dead Hard overrated? I play survivor at rank 1 and I use that perk to gain extra distance all the time. DH literally protects you if a mistake is made at a loop.
I don't use BL, so I can't comment.
Also, I think Detective's Hunch may have replaced Small Game. The aura reading is much more accurate.

It shouldn't if you're playing correctly, but it can be used to guarantee end-game escapes and severely punishes camping/tunneling killers (which are quite prevalent at low rank, where BT is best)

About the Tier list: From my point of view a very Interesting order
Spine Chill obviously #1, you get that 100% right.
Bond, Ballanced & OoO would be for me in A tier.
DS and DH belong to S Tier, hands down.
Botany Knowledge A tier? Have not used this perk since 1-2 Months, did they change anything? If not, its B tier at best.
Distortion A Tier is an interesting pick. I was always back and forth between B and C Tier. I dont get whats so good about this perk. Your thoughts?
Borrowed time B Tier? Best Perk after Spine Chill so S Tier. Also Iron Will, definitly at least A Tier. Definitly not a B Tier perk
Adrenaline on the same Tier as Plunders Instinct :o Plunders is C Tier, Adrenaline S or at least A Tier. Someone could even argue that Plunders is D Tier.
Aftercare.. well... i have not used it enough that i can say a lot about this perk, but the few times, it had little to no impact. Maybe i should try it out more often
Kindred is a tough one. On rank 1, its B or even C tier, on Rank 20, its S Tier.
Pebble? B tier? I am suprised to say the least. Again, maybe on rank 20, on Rank 1 it is F Tier.
Snall Game B Tier... uff. Rather C or D Tier imo
Sole Survivor is complete Garbage, one of the worst perks. D Tier, no room for discussion. It might work with OoO tho.
Also Left Behind... B Tier is a bit high, is see it in C.
Open Handed might work in combo with Kinded, but then again, its 2 Slots for some info, that might not be even useful. D tier.
I stop at this point, very interesting picks, maybe you describe your POV?
