Did anyone ever figure out how to not get stuck in the menu after queuing for Survivor?

Because either I get stuck in the loading screen for SwF or my game just soft locks when solo queuing. Is there any fix?

    i've had this glitch literally since july of 2016... i feel like it's never gonna get fixed.
