What happens after the Entity consumes you?

Two options. Either:
- You become a killer. This is a very rare option, since what determines a killer is unclear, but if a survivor dry of hope were to make the cut, that'd be the result.
- You are sent to the void. It's basically a black hole, where the entity puts all the stuff it doesn't eat. Used killers and survivors are found here. There isn't a lot on the void, since it's not mentioned directly in the lore at all (but is referenced in the Nurse achievements... although her power has nothing to do with the void)... but the devs have stated it to exist.
I kind of want to know more about the different subrealms the entity has, but there is very little information about them. The Spirit uses the Ethereal Plane to haunt survivors, the Nurse and Wraith use the Spirit world, Freddy has the Dream world, and Demo uses the Upside Down. Then the survivors have access to the campfire...
Then the maps are individual "realms", which are subrealms of the main one, and each belongs to a certain killer... it's all confusing and I'm getting off topic.
TL;DR: Most often, they'll be put in the void. However some survivors might become killers.

I think that's what happens when the survivors lose hope. If you're talking about when they get hooked and sacrificed, I believe they are simply sent back to the campfire. It says it in the main menu screen. "Death is not an escape"

It is said that if they lose all hope, are willing to submit to the Entity, and no longer care about their fellow survivors and their well being, they will become a killer. Otherwise they are tossed into the void.

Maybe the survivors are tossed back to the normal realm where no one will believe them about their tale. It can be proven since if the entity has absolutely no use for a survivor and they cannot become a killer they are thrown back to the real realm

This is lore, not a attempt for comedy.

It was stated in the newest bit of lore in the Withering Blight event where The Withered are just husks of beings no longer fit to be Survivors or Killers and are just left behind to rot away until they are inevitable expelled from The Entity's body during The Hallowed Blight. The orange goo is basically digested peoples and excess extreme emotions converted to energy that The Entity didn't fully consume.

So the Entity shits out orange goop?

Basically yep lol.

I don't think that's it chief, as the Alchemist was in the void, devoid of hope, emotions, anything that would make him useful. However he got a drop of the Putrid Serum, and wanted, needed more. Whatever that stuff is, it's not made by the husks lying around in the Void, as there is nothing left to use from them. The Serum is merely the Entity purging something out of itself.
If you can link where you got your explanation then I'll happily retract my response.

Even if serum is made from husks from the Void, it still made its way via Entity's body.
And as we know, Entity's body is powerful asf. Basically, so powerful, that injection of putrid serum can make you overpower the killers, as we saw in hallowed blight.
