Question About Stealth Killers & OoO

So I know in a recent Dead By Daylight stream for the recent update, the Devs mentioned how Object of Obsession no longer works on stealth killers. They can see you, but you can no longer see them.

I'm friends with two small streamers and I watched one when he streamed right after the update came out (when he could) and he likes OoO BUT he didn't know about the perk's change. And I saw that he was not able to see the killer (Ghostface if I recall). However, the other one told me not too long ago that she had a round at one point after the update vs a Pig and she was able to see a Crouched Pig with OoO.

So, can someone tell me if she counts as a stealth killer? I'm sure she has undetectable if I recall, but not sure how OoO would work then? Why work on one stealth killer but not another? Or is it a bug? If anyone else uses it and has gone against Pigs, it'd be nice to hear your input.
