Is body blocking unethical in this game?
Im probably a jerk and don't know, but I thought it was noob strategy.

No, if you are saying body blocking for teammates, it is very helpful to save people and it gives protection points.

Unethical? Do you mean against rules or what?
It's fine unless it's done to take the game hostage or to grief, like a killer trapping survivors in a way that leaves no way for the match to ever end, or survivors blocking eachother until the killer comes over.
In every other situation it's perfectly fine. For survivors they usually trade a health state for the ability to block, and killers can bodyblock tactically to block pallets/vaults and such.

The only times it is wrong are if you are doing it to hold the game hostage or to work with the Killer to screw a teammate over.

Fair game, IMO, as you are gaining a legitimate benefit from doing so.

No while it might be a little annoying if they can pull it off i dont put it into the unethical box. Its also neat that both killers and survivors can body block (in different ways) so its not a one side only mechanic.

Well what if you do it to escape a tunneling situation and basically let them die for you?

How can it be unethical when you get points for it, and when a perk gives you a point multiplier for doing it (We're Gonna Live Forever)?

Only if you hold the game hostage.
