Can Ash's two perks "Mettle of Man" and "Buckle up" get a rework please?

This is coming from a "ash main" so to say since he is the only P3 survivor I use and I very rarely use any of his perks anymore other than for meme builds that basically have to throw the game to ever work, other than flip flop which is a pretty situational perk at best. I completely understand the MoM nerf, it was simply to strong and didn't have counter play for M1 killers like wraith and doctor and if a survivor forces you to use M1 rather than M2 for other killers. It was nerfed for the right reasons, but now its unusable and needs a entire rework along with buckle up since I have literally not seen a single person use it since ash's release. Honestly I didn't buy ash just for the perks, The evil dead franchise has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid but I would like to have usable perks other than flip flop that doesn't hurt the survivor team more than help or worth the perk slot. And since the nerf to MoM I have only seen it used once and it did save the team while I was playing killer, but that is ONCE since the nerf, Not to mention how incredibly loud he is now I feel obligated to use Iron Will on him in nearly every build to not be found while wounded from 20 meters away, he is one of the loudest characters in the game. These are just my thoughts about him and I will still play him every time I do play survivor without a doubt.

    Mettle is getting changed, they said in a recent Dev stream they are planning to change te perk but they are taking steps, the first step was letting us use it twice. I'm assuming they didn't roll out the full changes because the change is related to features coming in the next chapter so it may not have been ready.

    Buckle Up is not very useful because the slugging meta is not very common unless you get a sweaty rank 1 Killer who camps.

    I think the within 48 meter range means nothing and it should be infinite range.

    Flip Flop is just as situational because again, slugging meta is kinda gone right now, the perk is a mega good perk, do not get me wrong, mix it with Unbreakable and Tenacity and you might just escape a struggle to where you wouldn't have before.

    In my opinion Buckle up does need a rework, It would be nice if you could heal survivors on the dying state much faster with it, something similar to we'll make it.

    But before you buff survivors; get rid of the god windows please. Thanks.

    buckle up should work when healing anyone from any health state would be nice to heal a bro with we'll make it and you and him have the killers Aura

    I would be into a Buckle Up buff but I think the Dev's are somehow changing Protection hits somehow for Mettle if Man. I think it's probably better to wait to see what the Dev's are doing with Protection hits first.

    I think the Aura Read of Buckle Up (to see the recovery progress) should be Baseline. Would help Solos and we all know those funny guys who lay on the ground and dont recover...

    I have no shame in saying I only bought the Ash DLC for the perks. It's the only purchase I regret since the perks are extremely niche now. Now they crowd my bloodwebs, keeping me from getting actually useful perks. Please buff, devs.
