Well, you're right. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if people started to lose purposely against Leatherface, so they'll instantly see it as *oh, he's too good. Take him out!*

I couldn't imagine the frustration of being a dev, especially for a community as salty and toxic as DBD.

"Waaah, someone memed on my favourite developer". They brought it on themselves, how can you say someone is "overperforming" without any hard data to back it up.

Being a developer, it isn't as frustrating as you think it is. It barely is. Especially if you're getting paid for it. In general, I truly think they aren't frustrated. Because showing the nerfs and issues with the game, they clearly don't know what's going on with balance, and their characters. They don't know the real issue of the game. They develop it, but do they play it? Barely.
Besides, if someone goofed on the developers, must be a reason. Because they don't have strong data to back up whatever.

I wish they'd go back to the 2017 communication where they streamed every week for an hour even when they didn't have much to say.
Feels like there is a disconnect between players and devs now.

Uh, they do have data, mountains of it, but the community isn't entitled to a data sheet any time the devs make a game balance decision.

first, these devs are far from my favorites... they ######### up more than any others I've had the experience of dealing with first-hand... doesn't mean they need to be insulted and whined at everytime a new patch comes out.
and I've worked retail and fast food... the general public is why I much prefer my current job in a factory... people are egotistical and antagonistic, much of which is on display within this thread.
