New Killer - Silent Hill DLC

So I just watched the new 4Gamers video on YouTube (TRAPS MADNESS), not linking it since I'm not sure if it'd be against forum rules or not. And the last clip of the video reminded me heavily of Silent Hill. So hit by nostalgia, I started to think of getting Silent Hill DLC in DBD.

Killer - Pyramid Head (or any other of its versions)

First things first, Speed: 96.25 % | 3.85 m/s, same as Nurse.

Killer Power - Great Knife (or Butcher's Knife)

Special Attack: Swing

PH's basic and lunge attack is replaced with Swing. Swing needs to be charged before using and slows the Killer down while charging, but has extra range and hits everything in 180 degree arc in front of the Killer. Survivors hit by Swing are instantly put into Dying State. Pallets hit by Swing are instantly destroyed. Generators hit by Swing start to regress. Windows hit by Swing are blocked for 10 seconds.

Special Passive: Decay

With each step done by PH, ground behind him in 180 degree arc becomes decayed. While walking on decayed ground PH is granted 110 % | 4.4 m/s Movement Speed. Survivors walking on decayed ground becomed Hindered after some time passes, and remain affected for some time after leaving the decayed ground. This passive has a maximum amount of ground that can be decayed at once, after which the decay fades starting from the oldest ground.

Special Ability: Nightmare

While standing on the decayed ground, press the Power button to activate the Nightmare. Activating the Nightmare makes Survivors unable to leave or enter the area within the 24 metres radius of the activation point, but while Nightmare is active PH can only move on decayed ground and can't create new decay for this duration. While in Nightmare Survivors can't be affected by Hindered Status Effect. When Nightmare ends, all decayed ground is cleared.

Perks:

Rage of the Beast

Each wound fuels your rage. After being stunned by a Pallet, You can destroy the Pallet that stunned You 50% faster. Destroying this Pallet grants You 3/4/5% Haste Status Effect for a duration of 10 seconds.

Shared Pain

Putting a Survivor into Dying State inflicts them with Broken Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds. Any Survivor that interacts with the Survivor affected by Shared Pain is put into Injured State. If the Survivor was already Injured, they're inflicted with Broken Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds instead. The Shared Pain affects other Survivors only on their first interaction they have with the Broken Survivor.

Unchained Beast

Being restrained only makes You angrier. After being stunned or blinded by Survivors for a total of 10/7/5 seconds the Perk activates. Next time You suffer from a stun or blind, You gain 5% Haste Status Effect and all Survivors are put into Exposed Status Effect for 45 seconds. The Aura of the Survivor that triggered this perk is shown to You during this duration.

I would love to see a pyramid head killer in this game. I can see you've put a lot of work into this so fair play. Even with his other abilities I think he still is a bit weak since a survivor can tun in a straight run since he is only 3.85m/s. Nightmare needs to have a time limit and allow survivors to enter the area. This is to stop the killer holding the basement hostage.

Rage Of The Beast: Makes the perk brutal strength pretty pointless. Would make spirit fury and enduring even stronger so I'd say it shouldn't be able to work with spirit fury.

Shared Pain: I think the perk is good enough without the extra healing downed survivors condition. It's a bit much with the extra part. I also dont think they'll add a perk that injures survivors for helping others.

Unchained Beast: This would be a good perk to punish flashlight users who just blind at pallets. I don't think however it should affect all survivors and shouldn't last that long. I think it should only affect the survivor who last stunned or flashlight you. It shouldn't last 45 seconds, maybe 10/20/30 seconds.

Also a side note, I really like how all of your perks have help your killer in particular. I don't usually see people create perks which suit their killer so its pleasing to see you've done this.

Hope this was helpful. I can tell, especially with the ability how much thought you put into this.

I would love to see Pyramid Head in a game again :(

He used to give me nightmares and I honestly think he'd be the scariest killer.

And one more thing, does the Nightmare turn the map into a hell map? Like in Silent Hill games? Because that would be amazing, also terrifying.

    @SkeletonWitch

I think Silent Hill visuals would apply only to decayed ground and Nightmare area.

    1) Yes, they can run straight and outrun him. My idea for this killer is that he'd be a setup kind of Killer, similar to Trapper and Hag. You'd need to spend some time decaying the map first. He'd be good at loops tho; not only could he decay the whole loop, the extra range on his attack would be like 1.5~2 times the length of a pallet, so You could potentially Swing at someone over low walls or pallets.

    2) Rage activates only when You get hit by a pallet; similar to how You see a Killer take a pallet in the face and notice he has Enduring so You start pre-throwing Pallets to prevent Spirit Fury, this perk would have the same counterplay.

    3) My idea for Shared Pain is that other Survivors would see the downed Survivor getting Broken, so they have a choice whether to help at expense of their own health or not.

    4) Unchained is pretty much just a fanservice for all DS Haters; DS has 5 second stun, so You if you get hit by it the perk instantly activates. And no one else can block for the DS user either, since they're all Exposed ;)

    5) And yes, Nightmare does have a time limit. I just didn't put it any numbers because lazy balancing numbers is a hard job.
