Did you also lose some DLCs, or was it just me?

I opened up the game this morning, and went on playing Killer. Then, I suddenly realized that the Darkness Among Us DLC Characters (The Legion and Jeff) were locked for me, even though I had bought the DLC. I was (and still am) at Level 45 with Legion, and this also shows over their Character portrait.

I immediately sent a ticket to the DBD support, containing screenshots I had taken featuring the Killer, plus the receipt of the purchase. I'm still waiting for an answer.

I really dunno what happened, is this supposed to be a bug? If it is, I've never seen such a weird and serious bug before.

Did this also happened to you, or was it just me?

I think I’ve experience this before sometime

last year. All I did was reset my system.

Hey, I tried to, but nothing happened. I checked the integrity of DBD's files nothing, restarted my system, nothing. I dunno what to do in case they don't answer promptly.

Oh you’re on PC. Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it back?

Did you also lose some DLCs, or was it just me?
