Has Anyone Else Experienced This Problem?
I've been playing since early August. I fell right in love with this game. I am n average player, sitting around Green ranks consistently. But since the Nov. 13, 2019 rank reset, I've been facing people who are far greater in skill than me, or far worse. Since the above reset, i have not been facing people my skill level. I'm believing this reset was screwed up in some way. I'm genuinely no longer having fun in this game. I really do hope a Behaviour member sees this.

With rank reset, Rank 1 survivors and killers get pooled in with green and purple ranks. Once they rank up your games should be normal.

Thank you. I would have expected them to have ranked up in 5 days, though. I hope by the 22nd I'll be facing only greens until the Decemember reset.

Welcome to DBD i see you're fairly new to the game. Well to sum this up the archives released the second tier close to rank reset so that may be part of it. Also if you're playing on pc most people who play this game have played it for a while (over 200 hours usually). A lot of people derank frequently or are just coming back after a break for new content which would be the most likely reason. The ranking system in this game is far from the best but it is going to hopefully get changed in the near future.
