In Dark Souls PVP: When you just cleared out all 3 of the hosts buddies and you hear the whooosh type sound that indicates another phantom has joined to help the host...again.

Worst sound is when your casually walking down a dark path in the middle of the night trying to escape some cookhead town and suddenly you hear angry screeching out of nowhere followed by very loud "GaWd GiVe MeH VoiCe, GawD gUiDe MuH hAnD" along with some "HiS sEeD BeGaT tHe EnEmY" with a tad bit of "GaWd? Do Ye WaNt HiM? THeN ye'Ll AvE eM" and finally concluding with "I aM HaTh SeNt Me uNtO yOu" and then you proceed to get chased by the crazy lady with the pickaxe.
Another horrible thing to hear is "HoLd uP tHeRe BuDdY, I'Ll be RiGhT WiTh YoU"

Definitely “Hey, I’ve been looking for you” which then follows up randomly with whatever mail he gives you. He’s killed me a few times. :P
