There seems to be a debate whether you can or cannot see if the Spirit is faking her power. Let's settle this once and for all.

The lower half of her body glitters and her animation resets.
The last one can be faked though.

Her biggest tell is that when you get close to the Husk it will lunge at you and injure you.
Try seeing if she does that and you will be able to determine if she's faking with 100% accuracy!

Nope.
It is dependant on the Skin she is using. E.g. the Schoolgirl Skin hides Stuff which the Default Skin apparently should show. Same with the Halloween Skin, from what I have seen, there is no Telltale.
This makes me question if a Tell is intended at all. But since it is dependant on the Skin, she does not have a Tell. You cannot base something on getting lucky with the Skin the Killer is using.

Actually she apparently does have a tell. It's very hard to notice but it's something, I'm pretty sure the glass shards do indeed light up if I'm not mistaken.

She does have tells, but they're inconsistent - some are just bugs, and some don't work depending on the skin she's using. None of them are noticeable enough to be useful in an actual chase.

She does technically have a tell (glow) if she's not wearing a skin. But you have to be so close to her it's useless as that's just a free hit or it will never realistically happen in game.
So technically yes, realistically no.

Glowing glass: Just pull out your magnifying glass and stare at her for a good second and you'll totally not die doing this. ;)
Standing still: The obvious one that can be faked but gives you time to run off or something
Animation reset: You're a god if you can even notice this one. 😆

The shards are the only consistent tell but it is still cosmetic dependant and you have to be very close to her to actually notice it.
The animation reset and the hair thing are basically unintentional glitches and they aren't consistent or reliable.
So yes, she technically has tells but are they actually useful in a chase? Not really.

not that it matters. As a spirit main, i can read spirit fairly well and it's especially easy with iron will when i use it

I know she haves but its not something you can rely on. And I counter Spirit often without knowing if she is phasing or not
