Why do they give us words like this, instead of just telling us a percentage? Or if not a percentage they could just give us the exact numbers. For instance, moldy electrode on Doctor "slightly" increases Shock Therapy charge time. Why can't they just say "increases Shock Therapy charge time by x%" or "Increases charge time from 1 second to x seconds"? Wouldn't that just make it easier for everyone? Also does anyone know how fast Ghostface is while crouching with purple and green addon, I've been curious for a while.

To make it more "mysterious" and give an element of "experimentation" keeping things fresh.

Or so just if numbers changed they don't have to change a description, I dono.

I believe the devs said that the numbers can be deceiving sometimes and that's why but I personally would still like a toggle on and off button to see the numbers. It Considerably annoys me that I can't.

I wouldn't mind a Codex page in the client that describes perks, abilities, etc more in depth.

So they can hide how bad some of these add-ons/perks actually are.

For example: Legion's Cold Dirt "Considerably" reduces the cooldown time of Feral Frenzy. This reduces the cooldown by 0.6 seconds, from 4 seconds to 3.4 seconds.
