Killers get like a dozen or more nerfs in one go, then a survivor gets one slight nerf to one aspect of one particular perk and survivors demand more killer nerfs that affect every match all the time to be "Fair".

If those people want to avoid that problem, they should run Balanced Landing. This is not an unfair situation for those without BL to be in, nor has it ever been.

Yeah, it sucks being in that position because it is disadvantageous, but that does not make it unbalanced. Again, the perk exists to turn that position much more in your favor.

I love this. They are arguing for killer nerfs for a single perk after several killer nerfs. They then argue realism and you shut them down. You go dude.
I may not like everything the Devs do, but I do respect the fact your bringing balance to the game lately. I really hope the new map has the new pallet balance that the reworked Freddy maps and the underground lab have.

Try Lithe its hilarious with Quick and Quiet mid chase when ur looping and have IW. You lose so many killers it's kinda sad.

I mean I was using balance landing for the stagger reduction multiple times in a chase on maps that are NOT Haddonfield.
Such as how the game is nearly unplayable with out Balance landing since it has few pallets, and the only way to really loose the killer is with Balance landing.
I find it funny how the original point of the perk is now basically gone. Before 1.1.0, survivors had no stagger. 1.1.0 added stagger to survivors and then added balanced landing to counter the stagger. Balance was even a weaker sprint than sprint burst at 2 seconds speed boost vs 3.
Heck, please give us a stagger reduction perk then, if balance landing will no longer full-fill it's original role.

Sprint burst is my personal preference aside from BL since I prefer looping but lithe is good too. :)

If I remember right, they stated the reason they buffed it when they changed everything during a QA was due to it being the least used exhaustion perk. Since you know, it is a highly situational perk based off RNG on top of RNG.
Did you get a map with out a set piece that allows it? Okay... if you didn't, did you get lucky with mounds?
It is 100% possible to get a map like Azarov's Resting place with zero mounds.

For 3 vaults balanced was needed. Otherwise you would just get 2 at best.

When multiple survs group up, the killer is weaker. Because he must choose a target, survs get info, and everyone is on the same page.
One on one, killer gets the advantage if you don't have enough resources nearby.

These spots are still really bad even without BL. Maybe fix the problem maps/tiles instead of gutting a good perk.

BL has been trash for awhile. I stopped bringing it between maps with few drop downs, and drop downs that don't work when you need it to work and get downed without the boost.
If I'm using an exhaustion perk, I'm bring Lithe, that's helped me out of trouble multiple times.
Though reading this thread, I absolutely want killers to be stalled when they drop down. I've always thought it was dumb they didn't get penalized for that.

No. Dropdowns would literally be god areas if Killers staggered. Killers are SUPER HUMAN, so they don't stagger.

It's really not. For new players sure, but for experienced players it's a bit of a joke. Most high ranks only use it to troll the killer, but the fact you have to walk everywhere to preserve it makes it a really bad perk.

Lithe, Quick and Quiet, Iron Will, and Dance With Me will basically guarantee you will lose the killer. This build is so disgusting I love it :D

Ok since we're talking about realism. Why does the survivor NOT have A visible wound they take damage. Atleast some blood around where they got hit is good enough.

No @Peanits let's enable a realism mode, just for fun. Let them get dizzy and exhausted when getting stabbed and losing blood and collapsing from bloodlost. Let the meathooks and chainsaws permanently cripple and kill the survivors.
Just imagine that your skillchecks get more and more often and difficult because you are so much on pain and lightheaded from all the bloodlost. Let them get broken legs from stepping in a frickin beartrap. Your vision gets void of any colour and you get tunnel vision. And btw change the camera of the survivors to 1st person for the extra realism. I am sure they will appreciate it.
