Another survivor sided chapter with awful killer
I could list my problems, but it won't matter. Devs will do nothing about it. they want people who want to play their game miserable.
EDIT: yes, i know the ptb JUST came out, and the killer is labled "hard", so you need alot of time to understand it, but the killer has very slow attacks, enough said.

yes, devs sit around all day thinking of how to make their players miserable... it's not as if the chapter isn't even fully released yet or that the DBD playerbase will instinctually whine and kick their feet like toddlers everytime something is changed.

"Survivor sided"... none of these perks are op or going to be meta for survivors.
Yet survivors get called crybabies when killers are a lot worse on this forum.

New killer is nuts. Any kind of slowdown perks will be terrifying on him. Can't wait to see his final form and how scary he gonna be.

The normalisation of complaining about the game is the very thing which contributes to nerfing taking place. Nerfing in most cases sucks out a lot of the fun and charm in playing a particular style or character.

And then his power gets looped to oblivion.
There's a game past rank 15 and it's totally different than what the devs have in mind when they design a killer.

Do you mind saying what they are? I'm on Console so can't participate in the ptb but so far everything I've heard and read about sounds fairly balanced.

He slows down while collecting the blood orbs. There is an addon to get rid of the slow down. But I feel it's not needed.
He loses his power if he picks up a downed survivor. I think that's not needed either.

You must be pretty bad with the new killer then. He has way better steering than Hillbilly (you can strafe with it really well using A S D and you also can't bump into objects. He even has great map mobility. His attack is slow because it would be way too strong if it was faster. His power (the dash) can also be used around pallet loops as the Demon Strike can do a "flick" when ending the Demon Dash (like the Hillbilly's chainsaw a long time ago). Getting your blood up really doesn't take long, especially with addons. The movement speed addons are actually ridiculous and should be touched before going to live.
He's a killer that also encourages slugging as picking someone up loses a lot of your power gauge, so Infectious Freight is a really good perk on him.

The PTB just came out. It's been less than a day, and even then he's already better than most other killers excluding spirit.

Yet another useless post with no actual talking points save you don't like it. Gonna level with you, game has always been killer tilted, as its meant to be mind you. Murdering Mettle of Man, nerfing self healing for the upteenth time, Decicive Strike nerfs are all things the killers who complain the loudest never acknowledge. Is it unfair? Kinda. But you adjust and get better. Tunneling and camping are still meta mechanics I see in lower ranks and with tactics to counteract said killer tactics getting nerfed into the dirt on the regular, it makes my stomach turn every time I see killer mains whine and cry that aren't handed a perfect 4k every game.
