What happened to seeing other survivor ranks in the lobby?

Is hearing Spirit phase even when you are in her Terror Radius fixed, I didn't see anything about it on the patch notes and it's not even in the known issues.

  People are probably testing the new prayer beads If u hear the phase in the terror radius

  No there was a bug on live servers where you can hear her phase while you are in her terror radius. Guess you were confused by the title.
