Prestige update
Every one knows that the prestige system is bad because basically change nothing on the bloodweb. My idea is: restrict some offerings like memento mori ebueno for prestige III for exemple

Actually it does matter nowadays. Due to the bigger blood webs you get far better offerings. The picture included was taken right after the blood wen changes with the introduction of the Steanger Things dlc. I have also prestiged my Pig and gotten far better offerings as well in the last few days.
Also switching Ebony and Ivory rarity would solve the issue at hand. I have dozens of Ebony, but barely any ivory.

Devs don't want prestige to be a requirement and only an optional thing.

This. It is intentionally doing almost nothing because if we had to do the bloodweb grind for all perks already and then become forced to do P3 to get everything that would absolutely undo all the work they've done to ease on the grind of the game.
It sounds fine for 1 character, but then what if you want to play another character? Are you gonna P3 and get all perks on them within a reasonable amount of time? Hell no.

When the new blood web update happened u can get between 3 to 6 now.
So long story short with the new update to blood webs plus the small increase in rarity from prestige u end up with stuff like this

Goodness, since moving to the PC I only have 1 Killer Prestiged to 3 after the update and they're only level 24 right now, probably why I didn't notice. Damn, it feels to good to care about a Killer and actually get rewarded with some awesome add-ons.

Spirit was the only one I got all perks on after the updated bloodweb. So I figured it would provide some level of accuracy. Ya moving to PC was rough I jumped back to console with the dedicated servers.
Not really flexing just see the reply at the top of this part of the post.

My boyfriend tries to get me to prestige all the time, and no thank you, I could care less about a bloody costume, I'd rather put effort into getting multiple characters with every decent perk in preparation of Tome tasks in the future.

Sounds like a nice QoL tinker... change.... update (idk the right word lol) but keep some higher tier add-ons and offerings... just decrease the chance of finding those in pre-prestiged blood webs "slightly"
