How do you feel about the crossplay with PC, specifically while playing killer? Do you guys think you will be in disadvantage? I ask this because I'm not the greatest killer with mouse + keyboard but God knows how worse I am using a joypad.
Fix framerate then we can talk about cross play :3

It would be a really bad idea. PC has to many hardware advantages to have it be an even playing field. Between fps issues and mouse and keyboard allowing for better control it'd be a disaster.
horrible. it would be legit impossible to react to a 360 as a console player.
I'm excited with merging the whole community...... at least to an extent..... Imo this could be a positive affect on the community
Terrible idea. They need to keep the platforms separate due to framerate and gamepad limitations. Let us live separately in peace.
Killers will have a better advantage. Survivors are better on controller honestly.
M&K is too big an advantage. I've never had framerate issues, but I'm on PS4pro
I think it would be a welcome decision. You can always just turn off the option to cross play with PC if you're really bothered by it.
I do agree though, console optimization (optimization in general) needs to be prioritized if we want to have an even playing field.
As long as they increase sensitivity of controls and improve frame rate then I have no problem.
I think it will be fine, it also might shorten queue times. If you don't like it, you can just turn off cross-play and play with your own kind. If it comes out, I'll try it. If i don't like it I'll turn it off.
I welcome the decision. I'd like it myself. It'd also mean if I wanted I could play on PC without losing my stuff, which is a big reason why I've never bought the PC version.
Honestly , as long as they dont force us to use cross platform matchmaking i would be fine with it .
I fear this wouldn't be an option. I turned off crossplay with windows store on first day it came out just to test it, I couldn't find ANY game for like, 30 minutes. I think they limited my lobbies only for people with the same crossplay preferences, which resulted in nobody.
yes, this would be awesome, I started playing on PS4 and migrating to pc was painful
Fantastic, everyone under one roof, better cues, more interesting interactions, no sense of separation in the community due to platform, but I would insist framerates and sense be boosted on console before this happens as to keep things evened up

No, this is a bad idea. This would lower the framerate on PC, have survivors who are used to precise killers face killers who can only be so fast at turning, and then the thought of how the PC community reacts to when things happen like this. It wouldn't work out well...

I'd love it, I never see the justifications as to why people don't like it valid enough to not do it, I'd rather have a bigger player base than someone thinking mouse and keyboard is really that much better

Every killer player on pc must be amazing.
They're certainly better than console killers on average, not because they're more skilled necessarily but because they don't have hardware limitations holding them back.
The only way crossplay between PC and console would be fair is if keyboard/mouse support were added to the console version of the game.

Trying to play games like MW with pc players sucks ass, so I would imagine trying to go up against a survivor who can 360 the ######### out of me with no chance of getting hit, would be broken af

Itβs called mechanics lol. Itβs easier to play killer on PC and going up against someone with a controller would be light work
Maybe for pc survivor vs pc killer or console survivor vs console killer, but pc survivor vs console killer makes getting hits impossible. 360's are a lot harder to hit with a controller.
I'm in favor of it so it can increase the player base. They could either make it optional which I'm sure it will be or if after a couple months of data they see that PC players routinely do better against console players maybe just change the matchmaking criteria between the two to reflect the difference in skill level.

You don't need to hit a 360ing surv, just wait him get tired of spinning all by himself, it usually helps.

Well as long devs increase max sensitvity, and fix unstable fps, why not... only advantage pc killers will have will be the aim, but it doesnt' matter tho, nurse and huntress are still playable on console, regardless everyone who say otherwise
I see some people saying it will be fine if there is an option to turn off cross play. The problem with that is that it will split the community even more on console and the wait times would probably be so bad there wouldnβt be a choice, but to go to cross play. Cross play shouldnβt even be a discussion at this point until the game is optimized the same for all platforms. If that ever happened, then Iβm sure it would be great for the community and health of the game
Maybe for decent killers, not trash ones.
Iβm not against cross play to bolster the ranks but certain killers will have an advantage on PC over their PS4 counterparts so may just get some stronger killers and PS4 Killer leaderboards will likely drop below them
