Cannibal definetely, he has gone unchanged for way too long, he is frustrating to play as and against
Legion got his change recently so i doub they are planning on changing him yet again
Pig would also be a nice killer to buff/rework next but I see cannibals rework as happening way sooner.

I'll vote for Bubba, but I think Legion needs an addon pass too. Idk what they were thinking with them when they reworked him but they gave him 90% garbage.

Pig isnt even that bad. Once you get your first Trap or two, you are in a very good position. Pig is highly underrated.
@Topic:
Going for Leatherface here. I think Doctor also would need a Rework, his only really good strategy is to block off some Gens which is boring for both sides... but with Leatherface, it is the lazyness of his existence, he only promotes Camping and his Add Ons are either useless or Copy&Paste from Billy.
Something unique for Leatherface would be nice.

Myers needs his addons to affect all tiers.
PIG needs addons like doctor to affect both parts of her kit at once.

My money is on the hillbilly. They'll trash his addons... and then proceed to devastate his base kit, like they did with the nurse.

Cannibal's missing the "20 per Killer" thing.
2 Add-ons might as well just not exist due to giving the tiniest bonus ever.
While it is a chainsaw, he deserves his arsenal to be more unique instead of a literal copy-paste. (Talking about the design btw, if the effects stay the same that's fine.)
He needs it bad.

I see a lot of people saying Leatherface but he needs a full on rework not just new addons. Hillbilly has some useless addons and some broken ones and he has no ultra rares so I think he should be next after doctor. Also since billy and Leatherface basically share the same addons when they change billys they can also bring those to leatherface.

Honestly, I'll admit that as a Pig main I'm a bit biased. Top three, for me at least, would be Pig, Bubba, then Other: a lot of the perks and addons need updates to have consistent language and to reflect the updates in meta and QoL in the modern game, so a general perk/add-on pass is preferable to having more killers worked on immediately, most of whom are already decently placed for low-mid rank play.
Pig's gotten the shaft pretty much every update since launch, so it's a no-brainer to me.
Bubba definitely needs some help, though, considering his playstyle lends itself to toxicity while also being less unique as far as addons go than he deserves - the rush to get him out denied a proper map and survivor, too.

I can't take both Amanda and Legion but they need an add-on pass.
Amanda I'd like to have more than 4 add-ons the actually worth using. The rest are extremely conditional or outright useless. She could also use some tweaks with her base kit
Legion just like Amanda there are about 3 to 4 add-ons that are actually worth running.
Franks mixtape and stab wounds study need to be reworked.
Fuming mixtape needs a rework as Legions own power can basically cancel its effectiveness.
Besides iridescent button, the duration add-ons and the new pins coming with the next chapter all the add-ons need to be reworked or adjusted

While both chainsaw bois need some add-on tweak, Cannibal needs it more urgently.
Legion too, but I doubt it'll be soon because of their recent rework.
Finally, with the Pig, I'd like for Rules Set no 2 to be a base thing of her, so she can get a new red add-on. RBT aren't very big threats as of now, and that base change with the Rules add-on could maybe help a little with the pressure.

I have no idea why you put good killers like Huntress, Hillbilly, Myers, and Hag into this poll grouping them with terrible killers like Cannibal, The Doctor, The Pig, and Legion. They shouldn't even be options because none of them are in dire need for changes unlike the latter killers mentioned.
It infuriates me that you left the Clown out of the poll because he is very much in dire need of changes, only one other person mentioned him in the comments because he wasn't an available option.

Maybe instead of making Legion's add-ons either useless or generic, they could help switch playstyles. Maybe some would allow to run at breakneck speeds for only a few seconds, and others could have him "jog" at a similar pace his power is already at for significantly longer. I just feel like not being able to switch up your playstyle is a huge letdown, IMO.
