Being a Clown doesn't mean he doesn't deserve love
I actually believe the time he spends reloading his bottles is what's keeping him down, if you could just keep walking normally whyle reloading and even hit someone breaking the reload after this first change I mentioned he'd be fine.
I want this killer buffed like this, he actually has one of the most amazing skins like the pinoccio one.
What do you guys think?

Yeah, I like clown cosmetics. It’s what encourages me to play him at times lol. And that would be an interesting change. I can get behind it.
Imagine if clown had the ability to drink his own potion to gain a fast pace. In order to travel across the map faster

Honestly don't know lol. It must be that vape that's slows you. I either drop way too many pallets or get tricked into an open area with no protection.

So, it's more of a nemesis situation, we all have that specific killer, we don't know why, we just can't counter.

I love Clown, he's so jolly and fun, even when he gets hit by a pallet he laughs.
He is quite slow when he reloads and I actually switch between reload speed and reload movement speed quite often because I don't know which is better. Reloading takes a while but not being able to move while reloading is also damaging and hurts his pressure so maybe if they did let him move normally that would help.
I personally just want more depth to his power, add more into it basically since it's just throwing a bottle that helps in the chase you're currently in.

He's a product of a bygone DbD era. He was released in a string of weak killer releases and wouldn't be designed this way today. His power is just kind of...there, and he has absolutely no pressure or snowball potential outside of an ultra rare.

His reload should be passive, like nurses charges

I am actually making a full rework guide for him (I already have one). I am thinking of making him a completely new power, called The Horror Show or something along those lines. He would have puppets on gens to alert him of progress, and he would have an improve bottle

Agreed. He should have a number of "charges" for his power and it should passively reload them.
This would be enough, I think, for him to start being more "viable".
