Best perk builds for LF, and Nurse?

I've had some pretty decent builds, they've got me through pretty well, I've played the game for a Very long time, so I know my way around every perk, I'm just looking for some build suggestions! Thanks in advance! :)

    My nurse build is BBQ, Sloppy Butcher, Make your Choice and Ruin.

    Other good perks to run on nurse are NC, Monitor and Abuse, Tinkerer and Whispers.
