Killer mains should stop resisting against nerfs
This is not a bait post.
Since BHVR doesn't listen to killer mains anyway they should stop resisting against the nerfs. Let the survivor mains continue crying about killers being "too strong". This will cause the killer mains to leave the game and then the survivors are going to cry about the lobby times taking 30-60 minutes on average.
BHVR will also see that they are losing a huge number of players because of this so they are going to buff killers in an attempt to get them back.
Just stop resisting against the nerfs. The devs will either destroy their own game or they will finally listen to both sides to create balance.

Stop this us vs them mentality. Its so toxic. On top of that, unlike survivor players, I'll go ahead and admit that a lot of Survivor nerfs were necessary as well as killer nerfs. Because I play 50/50, I understand the game a lot more.

Killer and survivor nerfs are necessary for a good game health.Plus, as the patches come and go new nerfs and buffs will be introduced.

If devs nerfed or buffed just because people complaint about it, the game would have been destroyed before I even had heard about it.

So Balanced Landing was nerfed because survivors "mains" requested it and absolutely think it needed a nerf. 🙄
Let's just ignore the petitions and dedicated twitter handle about cancelling the nerf to fit your narrative.
Both sides get hit with nerfs and buffs. Without either side there is no game.

The devs don't exclusively listen to community complaints, let alone survivor complaints, when making balance decisions. There's a lot more that goes into the process than that. So this strategy wouldn't work, even if you could get every killer main to agree with you and follow it through.

The devs are doing what is best for the GAME, not 'survivor mains' or 'killer mains'.
Balancing an asymmetrical game is difficult. Yes some buffs/nerfs can be frustrating but nothing is permanent. Sometimes survivors have edge and sometimes the killer does.
People who 'main' have a hard time seeing the big picture and realising the devs are doing their best to keep this game fun, fair, and interesting for everyone.

BL was not nerfed. It was normalized to be like the rest of the exhaustion perks (except adrenaline), and then buffed.

The change is a nerf. You can call it a normalization/consistency change. But it's still a nerf even though it got an additional effect in return. Mostly because the additonal one is less significant and usefull compared to the endless passive stagger reduction.
We could argue if the Nerf is justified or not. But don't try deny that the change is a nerf. It is. Especially because they even once made the stagger reduction cooldownless once on purpose as a buff.

They have caved in to survivors' review bombing in the past, though. There's not enough killers to make an impact on that front.

Unless they said, "we've decided to nerf Freddy because the survivors bombed our Steam ratings", that's an assumption on your part. I'm not saying it's impossible, just reminding you that we don't see the bigger picture, and it's foolish to assume that there isn't a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

I called it a nerf because that's what survivor mains are crying about. Personally I never use it, and I believe the change is very fair.

If survivors can disconnect to protest for changes, then killers should be allowed to give up as a sign of protest also. With 1 killer needed for every 4 survivors, survivors will feel it more as killers start to drop off the game...

Ah so what your saying is we should add another prominent issue to the game?
The main ones who get punished when a survivor leaves are the survivors, the killer loses bloodpoints and potential pips but in most cases survivors lose the entire game so don't try and make it seem like survivors have it easier than killers.
I assume your talking about having a system that incentives it or makes it way more easy? Because you do realise that survivors can just press the disconnect button, they don't have to wait until dying on hook. Its not that much more difficult to DC as killer and adding more reason to is utterly ridiculous.
