Honest community question.
If the Killer is going against an optimal SWF groups IE in that he gets one chase completed but three Gens pop in process.
Why should he leave the hook and allow the one person he got to leave, when the game is essentially already lost?

The game is not lost at that point.
But you don't need to leave if you don't want to.

It just depends on what you feel will be most successful. An optimal outcome involves you getting your second hook before another generator is completed or before you lose your first hooked survivor. Sometimes staying at the hook accomplishes that perfectly. If it doesn't though.... you lose.

You dont have to, camping can be optimal but it's just that no one likes it. Cant get banned for it's just boring.
