Sale disappointed
I was all excited about buying some new characters but when I got to the store in game I found out there is no sale :(
Each character is still 9000 iridescent shards

They have had one before it was 50% at 4500 shards. Black Friday would be a great time to bring that back. I would like to see a 3 for one at 3000 shards

I'm disappointed that you need to buy the whole outfit in order to get the discount. I personally like buying pieces of outfits and putting them together

I'm fine with the buying the whole outfit gives you a discount it's incentive to actually buy the outfit.

You get the outfit at a discounted price which is better than what you would have gotten if you got all the pieces individually

Dbd is about customization... As in piecing together new combinations from different outfits so you dont look like everyone else

Cant people just be happy that the Devs even give us a discount on cosmetics and so on? Just one time?

I don't have a problem with piecing together different cosmetics that's what I always do.
However from a standpoint of the consumer and seller. Selling the whole outfit with a discount is beneficial for both parties
The only quality of life I would say to the store needs is the ability for you to see how a mix-and-match outfit would look before you purchase anything.
For example let you lock the head and place without actually buying in see if it looks good with other pieces and then if you want you could just buy the whole custom set you made whether that's at a discount or not up in the air

Yea I understand but I don't like doing that. I deliberately didn't buy anything the past few weeks waiting for this. Now I'm a little disappointed
I wanted hair for the hag but since I don't play her I didn't want to pay 400 auric cells for it. Now I'll probably not buy it

I feel the same way. I opened up the store excited to see what was on sale only to find out I'd have to purchase the entire outfit. I like buying individual pieces. Buying the full outfit on sale still costs more than buying the individual cosmetic, so it doesn't encourage me to spend in the store at all.
It's a bad move on BHVR's part. There are a lot of small things I want, and having them on sale even just a little would encourage me (and others) to purchase Auric Cells and go on a spending spree. But BHVR totally wasted that opportunity.

What if I hate the outfit and only wanted one piece of it? Sure, I'd get extra cosmetics with the discount... cosmetics I don't even want. I'm not going to get the other pieces individually because I never wanted nor will I ever want them.

The thread is talking about the sale on the outfits... I am referring to the fact that people are disappointed you can only get the whole outfit on sale, not just one item of it. The items alone are not on sale, only with its outfit. What if I don't want the whole outfit, why can't each individual piece be on sale?
That's what I mean... .-. If it still makes no sense, idk how else to explain it.

That's fine for the most part where all outfits are 10% cheaper than the individual parts, but when they have a sale that makes outfits 30% off total, would it really hurt to make the individual parts 20% off each?

And do you think they have to put individual pieces on sale? They don't. They don't even need to put the full outfits on sale.

I think that on the final day they should make it 15% off every individual item. I want all of my killers to have a cosmetic, even if I don't play them much. But because I don't play some killers or survivors much so I don't want to spend much money on them

If you want one piece buy one piece.
It's fine because it's how most sales and discounts work.
As I previously said I really want them to add a mix match feature with that could be discounted as well.
Until the day that gets added the concept of buying a full outfit for a discount is fine is.
