I hate being tunneled as a Survivor, but everything started for a reason.

The flash light just used for clicking, not even blind me at pallet or picking up other Survivors.

No Ruin, no Noed, no camp, no tunnel, no kill. I try not to rank up to make game fresh for low rank Survivors.

Why hate being tunneled? Don't get spotted and you won't be tunneled, and not killing, you are coddling survivors, I might have to fix this and drop rank to bring hell once more and get actual survivors cause we gonna get survivors have a shock when they hit high ranks and become whining survivors, if you see tearful survivors on about losing to a cheat (I won't cheat) that'll be me, fixing the problem you'll cause, I know you're one person but it's low rank so it could worsen it all

@vossler25 Im sure barely Survivor hate that they die alot, but they hate that they can not do anything in the whole game. There are difference between

    • I did quite a progress for my team, I didnt die for nothing
    • Chase-hooked-chase-hooked-chase-dead and Zero Objective that I can touch

The 2nd one, the first chase can be long, but after the 1st unhook, there is nothing you can do that Killer walk straight to you from 10m away, completly ignore the other 3. I dont call it a game.

Im rank 8 Survivor, I do anything to make myself escape but not a try hard. As Killer, I dont want to rank up, its easier to dominate low rank Survivor, but also a chance to let them know how to play.

Again if you are right there and injured then that's fair game, even if 3 are closer, you're actually closer cause 1 hit and 2nd hook, you now near death, I don't camp hook, I don't aim massively for that, if you're all the way over there and I'm mid chase, you're safe, unless I see you later on, then get ready to die, it's not trash, it's not bad gaming, it's the obvious tactic that allows a killer to win even easier, which, funny enough, a killer wants, I play both and been on both receiving and giving of this, and I say fair play, what can I do if my team unhooks me stupidly, if it's just me they search then that's a no-no, if I'm there even with others that's fair game

@C3Tooth sometimes people just can't see things from others perspectives so they don't understand, especially if they're new. But that's nice of you to play like that, not every match has to be taken so seriously :)

@vossler25 I'm sorry but saying "Don't get spotted" is ridiculous. I'm sure you'd change your mind real fast if every single match, all the survivors Urban Evasioned around the map and you never saw them? That would be boring for everyone.

And you can't seriously expect NOT to get spotted by the killer 100% of the time. In fact, you will not gain points if you are not chased, so it's pointless. Being stealthy doesn't get you points.

Then you get killers who hardcore tunnel EVERYONE. Last night I played a match where the killer refused to go after anyone but his target. I threw pallets in his face, body blocked him, took protection hits and he STILL went after the other survivor. It was so bad that he downed someone else and continued to follow the person who had been unhooked.

I know for a fact now that I should have just focused all my time on gens and I might have been able to save the other survivors. That's the worst tunnel vision killer I've ever witnessed, but at least now I know not to help the tunneled person if that ever happens again.

Also, that's really mean spirited to purposefully derank so you can dominate new or low rank players. They will learn as they go, they don't need experienced players ruining their games. That will cause people to stop playing, I know it already has.

If they urban evasion around the map i would have tons of fun cause it doesn't normally present a huge issue for me unless it is someone smart with it (hiding in grass or a corner as Claudette is easy pickings for me and is most commonly seen as there are alot of blind killers)

The point of not getting spotted was just me putting the wrong words together, I meant simply to not move in a stupid way which gives the killer your location, sorry for the choice of words I put

The tunneling you explained is a bit stupid in that situation, he downed someone he Should have taken that one, was the original unhooked nearby to begin with? If so, he even more stupid attacking the rest to begin with, I have a tunnel rule I follow cause it works both in my favour for kills and survivors favour as they get more than just 2300 BP, time, value, distance, I can further explain it if you want or after 7th Dec (got banned cause moderator didn't understand my terminology which is fine as s/he isn't a native to the English language and the term I used is British from a not so nice area) I'm putting it as a post for all to make their jokes or further an idea to make it more effective and enjoyable

And yes, the first hooked is just the walking grim reaper, don't even try, that's R.I.P to them

Oh I said that last bit as an attention grabber to a level, what I actually do when I drop rank is use a killer I've not touched so they have a challenge with an experienced player in a weak state of 1 god knows whatever it does perk using god knows how to use power, but not to 20 or even 16 lowest I'll put myself is 15 cause they at least may have already seen it but not with someone that played the game as much, cause using a brand new killer at rank 5/6 is basically a no way to learn toxic fest, and I can't be bothered to deal with toxic survivors feeling accomplished beating a level 1 killer with useless perks and no add ons Vs their.....god perks to be honest, I do play survivor as much as I do killer, I don't drop with survivor (near impossible to be honest it's too easy to rank as survivor #########? Even when torn apart I still pip?) And if I am hooked, then I do all I can to ensure the killer never sees my people cause he aiming for me, I'm too good a target and makes their game that much easier cause that's 1 less, I can at least buy time at god loop and as soon as interest is lost, heal up and try for the attention again for more, or do gen if I get to that point somehow, I accept tunneling as long as it's done right, basically just don't be toxic with it, there are other people killers so chill and you are a better target for a win so expect to die survivors so chill

Fair enough, I get what you mean. There are definitely people out there who genuinely mean 'don't get caught/seen' as if that wasn't obvious! Sometimes you can't help it, you get unlucky and bump into the killer within 5 seconds.

For the tunneller he would camp the area closely when he hooked someone and when they were unhooked he would ignore everyone else even though we were right in front of him and go for the unhooked person.

I did stall the killer a lot but my other teammates didn't seem to be able to hide from him so 1 person was just running 100% of the time. It was in Hawkins Lab by the way so difficult to cover tracks.

Yeah tunnelling if fine as its a legit strategy but it doesn't mean it can't feel a bit cheap and frustrating for the tunnelled person.

For the tunnelee yeah it's annoying just bad luck that it happened, unless it was through camping that's bad, end off, survivors can punish that though as for the tunneler, do it right that's at a point everyone (obviously never gonna happen with this community) can agree that fair enough it was the better option for the killer

As Survivor, I dont expect to live every match, but I expect its an actual game. I sometime die when I tried to meat shield an injured another Survivor near the gate and got hit by a Noed Killer, 2 were dead, only me and that injured Survivor left, it was my 1st hook, but I hook suicide to make him escape and not feel bad

As Killer, if there is 1-2 Gen left and I only able to make 2 hook or so, I will attempt to tunnel for 2nd hook but not hook kill. Sometime 2 Survivor just suicide on hook leave 2 Survivor with 4-5 Gen left, I have to kill the 3rd one so the game can be done quick with the 4th escape through hatch. I can not wait for the 2 Survivors repair 4-5 Gens
