This new bug might actually be worse than that hook lag back to the basement bug.

Screen goes other worldly and stays that way the rest of the game even after being unhooked.

@LordGlint stuck at work player tag is same as forum. Did the survivors not unhook the person in the basement or the survivor dc'd? Got a feeling that dc penalty or not we will see a ton of this until patched.

Neither, it LOOKED like the freshly unhooked person went afk on my screen, but apparently they were floating or something on theirs and no longer even SAW the basement. I said im sorrry about your afk teammates in the endgame chat, only to learn about this. Did it to 2 people...

@LordGlint I feel bad for Killers needing to hook in the basement for progress in the rift. Will be a toxic ######### show till patched.

Well I said in another thread that is pretty disturbing they release changed PTB build without testing it again and 2 guys said to me it is pretty normal. Well I know it is normal for them to do that been here for a while but I also know how messy the game is after every patch so they really need to stop doing this ...

@Haku sadly patches being bugged are the norm but something are more broke than others.

Survivor on the hook being able to see from the killers perspective
Not being able to escape the trial
These including this one are some of the most egregious ones.
