We saw it...and I'll tell you now..it will not be for the better...you are taking way more than your giving...removing his identity...and for what..? The biggest gimmick since deep wound..? This on paper looks like a tragedy in the making..and man I wish I could say it out loud because then youd genuinely understand just how...misguided this idea is...how can you possibly think it's a fair trade ? Unless theres a lot more we havent seen it this new..thing..is somehow way stronger than it sounds then your just taking..taking..taking...please tell me this wasnt all weve been waiting for..this just..falls so flat if so...its honestly deflating

Ok real talk though. Why are you assuming this is a nerf? We can't deduce that from the leak.
If a Static Blast is just a Shock Therapy attack on everyone in the TR then this is a massive buff to his chase potential for example for obvious reasons.
It also sounds like he won't need to change forms in order to use Shock Therapy, meaning that if they change nothing else it will be 2 seconds faster to use the ability assuming you want to hit them afterwards (since changing forms is 1 seconds so using it means you switch forms twice over 2 seconds). Which is again a buff.
And the effects of madness appear to be unchanged. So the determining factors are just hearing if there is anything else changing and what the numbers are, only then can we determine if this is a buff or a nerf. Until then complaining about him being nerfed just makes no sense.
Like seriously, what exactly did he lose? The 2 big changes seem to be 1 buff (no form switching) and 1 sidegrade (passive madness gain replaced with a large AOE attack).
