Teach me the ways of the Oni.
He seems amazing...I got completely destroyed though when I tried to play him 😂 anyone else having trouble or am I just bad?

I'm having so much fun with him right now. He seems very solid, but we're all just figuring him out so I can't really give you tips on playing him effectively. Just practice playing him and you'll find the playstyle that you enjoy and find effective

Billy is so boring and basic though.

I'm waiting too get him too 15 so I have 4 perks since red ranks, but the build I think would work best is Knock Out, Ruin, Thana, and Infectious. Then it just takes practice. he plays very similar too Billy so if you know how too play him it won't take much longer too learn Oni.
