Buffing soloplayers

Instead of doing weird stuff like kindred built in, I woud like to see solo survivors buffed by making it harder to pip.
At the moment, even at rank 1 you can have -sorry to say that - complete morons in the team because rank doesnt reflect skill at all.

Same for killer btw, I believe its too easy to pip for both sides (assuming no genrush)
