Making Deep wound Threatening idea

Reduce the Maximum Deep wound timer to 7.5s

If the survivor is sprinting or in chase, the timer will regress at 50% speed (so it take 15s for the timer to deplete)

Mend progress is maintained, but will slowly regress like how wiggle meter does.

Mending will refill the timer at a 1 to 1 ratio. So if the survivor has 0.5s left on the timer, and mends for 7s, the timer is refilled to the full 7.5s

Repairing a generator, healing another survivor, cleansing a totem, opening an exit gate, searching a chest, or sabotaging will cause the deep wound timer to regress at 300% the normal rate (you get downed it 2.5s if you timer was at max when you started repairing)

So if the survivor is in chase with a killer and has deep wound, the chase becomes a constant time management game where the survivor is constantly trying to find time to mend, even if it is for just a second.

Also mending can now be detected by nurse's calling because you are literally patching up a lethal wound. How is that not healing?

This is the stupidest idea I have ever read.

Hey it is a creative solution!

Not perfect because the killer can easily end chases fast.

Not every solution is great when applied but I like where you are going with make it more dangerous!

We can agree Deep wound is kind of a joke and needs some buffing.( but not too much)

The devs don't want deep wounds to be threatening. They want it to be an annoyance you get rid of easily. Might as well scrap deep wounds altogether and rework legion but who knows when that'll happen.

People asked for more objectives in game, maybe in events. Instead we got deep wound....
