For those who think legion is "better" now....
Ah yes. Nothing like slapping on the legion pin and thanataphobia. Survivors stay broken for 60 seconds (if they happened to be grouped together and if they are hit while exposed by killer instinct tm). Wow, that means that they will get a guaranteed slowdown for 60 second! What a powerful build!
Well, allow me to let you in on a little secret: the plague. Instead of being broken for 60 seconds, the plague is able to make all survivors broken indefinitely. To add on to that, cleansing the broken effect gives plague a broken skill in return (a really lethal one). Furthermore, broken survivors don't get to have a 4 second head start because plague has no fatigue!I
It's almost as if this new "powerful" legion build is basically an underwhelming version of base kit plague. The fact that legion needs addons to be just as deadly as a mid tier killer like plague shows how little this """buff""" helps them. Like many other legion mains, at this point we might all just go into the void and quit this game. We've lost all hope.

Yep. Its pretty awful, I uninstalled the game until things start to look better for killers.

Oh yeah. This game is not getting a single cent from me until they show actual care towards the killer playerbase. Reach just came out, so I'll be taking a hefty break.

I can't even give my intro anymore... I uninstalled the game. I have no hope and no faith in BHVR. Maybe one they they will change that. The Depressed Ex-Legion Main... just kinda gives up.

I find it funny that you get to decide if legion is better or worse for other people. I didn't use on hit perks and didn't kill with deep wound. So this patch is a straight buff for people like myself. If legion is worse for you that's one thing, but you don't get to dicide if legion is worse for all of use

I don't know if legion will ever be like pre-nerf, but I think it's a good thing the devs are taking strides to improve legion. I mean, leatherface was my main for a long time, and all of his addons are great for hillbilly, because they are hillbilly's addons. Not to discount the crappiness of the legion, just trying to point out that it was worse, and now it's a little better, which could and probably does mean things will get better over time.

Yup, I hadn't bought the Stranger Things DLC, yet, and unless things change for the better, I probably never will, because I'm not going to put money into a game that constantly disappoints.
I started playing Dying Light due to the lack of a real DbD Halloween event, and I've continued playing it since. Unlike DbD, I can play Dying Light to relax and have fun... such a weird feeling.

Yes, but his comment seems not aimed at giving his opinion or changing minds, it seem, at least in my opinion, aimed to mook the opinion of some who think legion is better of after the patch. So i used my voice in this public forum to tell him that he doesn't speak for all of us.

I completely understand. I'm really getting close to that point. It's the "but I already put so much time and money into it" thing that's holding me hostage, but that's wearing thin.

I'm not saying at least it's something, because I don't think the changes are going to end with the ones made this patch. It's going to be an ongoing process. I'm also not saying people should be happy about the changes, just that it's moving forward, rather than being neglected or moving backward. I mean, it's hardly akin to being fed maggots.

Sorry to hear that, I've been there and it sucks. Waiting for patches feels like forever, and playing other killers is no fun most of the time. Besides, you've probably been waiting a long time to enjoy your character again since the first nerf. Also, iirc too, you've put a bunch of effort into contributing to the conversation regarding legions changes, so seeing minor changes here and there is probably frustrating.

I have a major thread over on Feedback about Legion changes.... 2 of them. This makes all of that feel pointless, cause it shows they will never listen.

You have a point but sadly there is not proof to that. The devs told us they are looking into legion addons. They just changed 1 ######### addon and left the rest as it is... I mean Legion has 3 addons that are COMPLETLY useless (Franks Mixtape, Deep wound Study and Fuming Mixtape). In that case I dont think so they will touch legion.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that any action taken to improve the character is a good indication that they want y'all legion players to enjoy yourselves.
I mean, it may have been the worst idea ever to give a killer the same power as survivors. Not because it's 'just a bad idea' but because their ability to balance around that is probably hyper-sensitive, so they have to be super careful about what they change to make sure they don't break him again.
Granted, people who play legion didn't do anything bad by choosing legion as a killer and it seems like you guys feel like you're being punished by these nerfs, which is tough. Legion players are kinda in the position of freddy players before the freddy rework (maybe not that bad), but just like that rework, I think in time legion will be strong again.

Who did you main before legion or are you a newer player?

.... Before I was The Fanatical Legion Main. One of the loudest voices for changes for Legion on the forums. I've played the game since 2016. Quit in 2017 and came back for Legion. I've Played Legion almost exclusively since. So... Trapper I mained in 2017 and no, I'm not new.

Just an assumption since newer players usually tend to get attracted to the latest content when they join and legion was fairly new so I had thought you were fresh to the game, you can always play wraith he does pretty much the same thing as legion

Sorry if this post seemed rude, but I do believe my criticism seems warranted. I just wanted to emphasize how little a supposed patch dedicated to legion actually helped them. The buffs were underwhelming at best, and its infuriating how devs did not take into account the cooldown or any other factors that help legion chase down a survivor after the first frenzy hit.

A horrifying sight to behold. I can only imagine my horror at seeing a 2 meter tall woman sprinting at me at full speed while projectile vomiting. Good thing she will now be stunned for four entire seconds, should give you a good amount of distance.

I would indeed claim that Plague>Myers. But Myers is much better than Legion due to having stealth and the vaulting advantages.
Plague is only slightly better due to her much faster setup times and perk synergies.
Like seriously, Plague has some of the best Perk Synergies in the game and it's great.

She can do 2 of those.
Chain speed attacks? Vile purge is super fast and injures, corrupt purge is just as fast and can down which Legion can't really do.
Vault pallets? No but she can ignore them to a similar extent.
See other Survivors? Black incense for one. But also the spreading mechanics make Survivors much easier to find after your power is used.
